Hey! I'm sorry it took me so long to get this review done, but here it is! Diane is a true hair EXPERT! She loves what she does and it shows in the quality of her work! She answered all of my questions about extensions during my consultation and was very up front about everything! Plus she keeps the hair in stock so you get the extensions the same day as your consultation. I've had many bad experiences with hair coloring both at home and at salons. Diane was able to even out my multi colored hair and match it with the extensions seamlessly. The color turned out better than I ever thought! I have been getting hair extensions for the past 10 years, and have pretty much gotten every kind imaginable. After seeing Diane I can firmly state that I will never again need to look elsewhere. What a relief!! Finally someone who isn't trying to overcharge me, or give me the bare minimum, or lie about quality of the hair. She is 100% straightup and provided the best quality for a great price. The first time Diane did my hair I was so thrilled with my transformation. The next day I went swimming and noticed after my hair dried an extra extension may help in one area. She took me in the NEXT day (it wasn't even an emergency!), and put in a few more extensions FREE of charge. Diane really takes care of you, and you can tell she truly wants you to feel good- that is her number one priority! Also I really love how I can pull my hair back and do whatever with my extensions. My hair didn't break and they were completely invisible. Normally I have to wear a low pony tail but I could rock the high pony tail. That made a big difference to me too. Now lastly, Diane herself is absolutely wonderful. She made me laugh the whole time and gave such great advice about my life that it has helped me and till this day! Diane is a wonderful hair professional. I was in need just this morning, Saturday, after having a terrible experience with a previous hair extension stylist. I reached out to her at 8:30 a.m. and by 9 a.m. she was calling me to offer her services and assistance. Hmmmmmm....where do I Start? This GODDESS of a talented hair afficionado brought me from "40 to 20" in under an hour. I would love to share my story and my incredible luck find Diane. I am on vacation in Miami and I was desperate to have my hair redone as the extensions I had on were falling apart after a month of putting them in. I went for a few free consultations in hair salons on South Beach and I was shocked and couldn't believe the amount of money they try to charge me for a full set of hair extensions for my hair and the way there were talking sounded like they don't really have a clue what they're doing it was all about the money. I started searching around and I came across Diane. I looked at Diane website and I've read the reviews and at first I thought she sounds too good to be true but I took a risk. I called Diane straight away and right away she sounded very professional and she was able to answer all my questions and give me advices. I decided the next day to call back and book and appointment with her. Diane was able to fit me in her very busy schedule, I was so happy I will finally have my hair done. I drove to her location and she was incredibly helpful with directions as I got lost at one point. When I got to Diane she welcomed me and made me feel like we have met before and have know each other for a very long time. I couldn't believe how professional but at the same time friendly she was. Diane gave my hair a good wash and blow dry before starting to put in the extensions. The quality of the hair felt amazing and as my hair is a mixed of browns and blonds she took out 4 different colors to blend in with my crazy fine and thin hair. We chatted the whole time as she was putting them in. She has the best and the most unusual method of putting the bonds in. I just couldn't stop looking. Diane was so incredibly fast and it only took her an hour to do my hair it was amazing as I am used to sitting on the chair for hours. When it was done I couldn't be more happier with the results my hair never looked so good it never been blend in so well and it didn't look like I have any extensions in just my own beautiful thick long hair. I have washed my hair many times and it still looks as it just was done. I can't believe my luck of finding this amazing woman. Thank you so much for putting smile back on my face. I am in Miami very often I will definitely be back I might even come very 3-4 months just to have my hair done by Diane because I know nobody can compete with her.

I want to share my story. I believe most woman would agree with me that when you hair is wrong nothing can be exactly right. I went in for hair cut to a local salon in my area and came out with almost no hair. My husband told me it looked fine, my friends also told me the same but always added, "it will grow back". I knew it looked horrible - I gained 10 years, and at 60 years old, this is not exactly what I wanted. I did not know if extensions where possible but I started searching and found Diane. I called her at 7pm on a Sunday night, and when she answered I was both surprised and relieved. She told me she felt she could help me but cautioned she would need to see me to be 100% sure. I made an appointment, she made special efforts to fit me into an already busy schedule and the result is I have beautiful hair. It looks better than my natural hair and I could not be happier. I even had to call Diane after the first visit and ask her if she could add a little more, because I had this vision in my head, and she again went out of her way to make sure that I was happy with my look and did not charge me additional.. Diane is an amazing woman, she is kind, sensitive, funny, beautiful on the inside and out, and most important , talented. I can't tell you what a difference looking in the mirror and liking my hair again makes. Never having met you, I must admit I was a tad reluctant to have color and reinstallation on my highlights (which were next to dead), but you were a trooper and let me use them one more time. Hi Diane Marie, Once again I'd like to thank you for your kindness and amazing work on my hair. I've been enjoying every minute of my 20-inch taped in hair extensions. I feel like myself again. I just wanted to also let other prospective clients know about how great and professional you are by telling my experience with you. I came to see Diane Marie after I had two horribly botched keratin strand by strand extensions done by two different "extensionists", if you can even call them that. I had cute my hair into a bob a couple months back and regretted it instantly! I knew that I needed to get extensions, but didn't know where to go. Being new to Florida, it was difficult to find someone to install my extensions within reasonable prices and to have a proper job done. I paid the price with not just a bad hair job, but lots of money wasted to these people. The hair of my previous jobs was matted, poor quality, glue was falling apart, poor technique etc. I couldn't stand to have them in anymore because they were horrible and plain ugly. What's the point of having extensions in if your hair is matted? Then I found Diane Marie, who took over an hour to remove them because of the poor quality of keratin. She took lots of time to explain to me her many different techniques that she offered, and without me even asking pulled out her many certifications, licensing and everything to ensure that I was in good hands. I've also been warned by many people since moving here that many people are out to make a quick buck, as I've learned with my own previous experience before Marie . Let me tell you Diane Marie has a great inventory of different hair and they are such great quality. My hair is so silky! I decided to go with the tape hair extensions, which I felt would give my hair a break after all that's been done to it. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and wash my hair pretty often, but they stay perfectly pretty. Also, the day after I saw Diane Marie, I wanted to add more extensions into my hair for more fullness (what can I say, I love big hair!) and she was more than happy to accomodate me. Without hesitation and charge, she put more hair in until I was satisfied. Marie is a doll and clearly knows what she is talking about. Please I urge you people to be careful who you go to for extensions and if you see Marie , you'll be in great hands. I am an overly satisfied customer with only the best to say about Diane. Can't express my gratitude for what you have done to help me.. Its been 10 1/2 years since my breast cancer chemo and my hair came back TOTALLY changed but I consider myself lucky to be here after having been diagnosed with a stage 4 disease.. Nonetheless, we are still women and you and I both being from the same area in NYC, you understood my desire to try to retrieve some semblance of myself and how I appear. Although finally the rest of my hair is looking better and a bit fuller, the front is still so sparse and therefore looks unattractive and sis so thin that it adds ten years to my appearance. You immediately saw that I had a problem as it is right in front and immediately you began to pull out colors and put some tine pieces of extensions in but what really was even more amazing is your eye for color.. without a word from me, having learned over the years that my blond highlight in my face washed me out, you mixed quite a few colors to get the perfect blend, which is a gift you seem to have, setting you apart from all others. I wasted so much money with sub par results and was giving up hope, you were going to be my last stop because after 10 years of no help and too much money spent that I really couldn't afford, you GOT IT RIGHT!! Let me start by saying, if you are African American and looking for an amazing extension stylist, once you sit in Diane 's chair you will never want to sit in another. I recently moved to the Miami area and after several 'BAD' experiences with black salons getting weaves, I decided to do a search on the internet where I came across her site. Of course, there was hesitation due to the unknown of a new stylist and new weave technique. However, after the experiences that I've had I felt like it was worth the risk.
Outside of the extensive knowledge she has for hair, she is very attentive to the look/style that you are trying to achieve. Not only is she sweet and easy to talk to, Diane knows what she is doing with my hair. She listens to me, offers suggestions based on her experiences, and does a fantastic job. Her product knowledge is amazing and unlike most salons, she takes her time when caring for your hair. I have often left salons feeling like my hair was not clean and very unhappy with the overall finished product. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Marie .
Getting your hair done should be a very relaxing/fun experience without the chaos of multiple stylist and clients surrounding you. With Marie , your not only getting privacy but one on one attention. I cannot thank Diane enough for how she transformed me. I came to her with very short hair that I hated and I didn't think there was anything that I could do to fix it. Because of how short my hair was, she had to use two kinds of extension methods - keratin strand by strand and the invisible tape in. What she did with my hair blew me away. I wanted to say "Thank You Very Much" for the wonderful professional job on my extensions. This is the first time I have ever had strand by strand keratin extensions so I was very nervous as my hair is already long but not as thick as I would like it. I was using clip-in extensions and they were ruining my hair and giving me little bald spots on the back of my neck from ripping out my hair from clipping. I feel like I just had a complete makeover and it makes me feel so awesome!!! You explained the entire process so well and went over the home care guidelines with me so that I could take care of the extensions. I decided to give hair extensions a try, and after doing a lot of online reading and homework, decided to give Diane a try. I made my consultation appointment, and we discussed what I wanted, and also what I had learned online about hair extensions. We decided to go with the strand by strand method, and I made the appointment. I was extremely pleased with the results! The only problem I had was, I am a redhead, and reds are often very difficult to match. She did a great job with the reds, but ultimately, I just wasn't happy with the way the colors worked out. She immediately addressed my concerns, and with incredible customer service,
worked out a great solution that both made my hair look incredible, and me very happy.

After spending the past two years in hair extension hell, (in both Miami and Los Angeles) I can confidently say that I have found the absolute most brilliant, talented, caring, and passionate hair extensions expert out there! It has only been four days since you have done my extensions and color and I am in love! They even get better everyday!
